    1. Registration and Signing In

  • 1.Enter your E-mail and Creating a new password

    You need to enter a working email address that you can check immediately,

    You'll receive a registration email from us. Follow the instructions in the email
    to confirm your registration and complete the registration process.

    Your information includes your name, address (delivery address), and phone
    number or MSN account or Skype account.

    2. How can I update my account information?

  • 3. Click “Delivery address” link to update your delivery address, you can
    upload several address on it and set on as your default delivery address.

    3. How do I contact seller?

    If you have questions about an item, you can get answers directly from the listing

  • 1. On the Find answers page, choose the topic that best fits your
    question, and look for your question in any FAQ that appears.
  • 2. Click the Contact Us link in the listing.
  • 3. You can leave message to us.
  • 4. You will find E-mail address and please send E-mail to us directly.
  • 5. You also can use MSN or Skype to contact us immediately.
  • 6. We will reply you within 24 hours except Sunday.

    4. Shopping process

    How do I buy an item? Get started using these steps:
  • 1) Find an item.

    Enter keywords into the search box located at the top of any page, or browse through our list of categories on the home page.
  • 2) Learn about the item you found.

  • 3) Add it to Cart

    You will find the items you want to buy in My Cart, then select them and click "Checkout".
  • 4) Buy It Now.

  • 5)Pre-paid

    In this list you will find the order is created by unpaid.
  • 6) Pay for the item

    Confirm the order details including price and delivery address, click Pay now and send your payment to us.
  • 7) Paid

    Once the payment is settled, we will post items to you a.s.a.p. The delivery status shows "Not Posted" means we don't post out When it shows "dispatched", it means we post out and you can track the logistics number via Hong Kong Post office.
  • 8) History

    I think you will get the items you bought within 14 working days. If not, please contact us. Once you click "Received", it means this order is finished and will transfer to "History" list automatically.

    5. Payment and shipping

  • 1. How do I know how much to pay?

    When you click Pay Now, your payment details will usually be automatically calculated for you.
    If the payment details aren't available, or the totals don't seem correct, review the item description and any emails you've received from us. If we specified shipping costs in the item description or sent you shipping costs by email, you may be able to contact us to revise the total price.
  • 2. How do I confirm my shipping address?

    Before you paid, please confirm the address is correct, otherwise please click "Edit" the address or create a new address. We recommend that you can set one existing address as a default delivery address for convenience next time.

    6. Delivery Policy

  • Items will be post by air mail from HongKong Post office within 3-5 days after payment full received.

  • Please understand the shipping and handling Fees charged is 100% reflected on "Postage". There including postage, packing material
    and labor costs involved to prepare your parcel.

  • Please make sure the delivery address is correct, it shows on the order details. If wrong, please correct it before payment.

    7. Refund and Exchange

  • If you don't like the item or the item is broken when you receive, please Contact us within 7 days. We will accept your exchange request or refunds (except shipping & handling). And buyer must return it within 14 days after you receive the item. Item must be returned in original condition, or else refund will be discounted.

  • Buyers bear returned shipping cost

  • We will give a replacement or a refund (except shipping & handling) when we receive the item.
